			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>While a lot of players are crossing codes to cash in and get a change of scenery, <a href="http://www.weststigers.com.au/" target="blank">Wests Tigers</a> and <a href="http://nzrl.co.nz/" target="blank">New Zealand Kiwis</a> star <a href="http://www.nrl.com/Players/tabid/10390/default.aspx?playerid=66" target="blank">Benji Marshall</a> is looking to get the best of both worlds&#8211;or at least, the busiest.</p>
<p>On the heels of the Kiwis&#8217; <a href="http://armchairplaymaker.com/2008/11/rlwc-final-great-for-sport.html" target="blank">first ever Rugby League World Cup win</a>, Marshall <a href="http://www.stuff.co.nz/stuff/thepress/4786527a6429.html" target="blank">has expressed an interest in playing union</a>. It is possible, though, that he may stay in league <a href="http://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/news/sport/league/flash-in-japan-benji-may-stay/2008/12/07/1228584690548.html" target="blank">by playing union in Japan during the league offseason</a>.</p>
<p>The possible move, considered by some to be <a href="http://www.nzherald.co.nz/sport/news/article.cfm?c_id=4&amp;objectid=10547367" target="blank">strictly a cash grab</a>, may not be on given that <a href="http://www.nzherald.co.nz/rugby/news/article.cfm?c_id=80&amp;objectid=10547157" target="blank">Marshall has no union offers yet</a>. That said, the speculation continues.</p>
<p>So is Benji Marshall good enough to play two codes at once? You be the judge:</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>According to a <a href="http://www.readersdigest.co.nz/global/AU/images/au/2008-NZ-trust.pdf" target="blank">poll</a> by <a href="http://www.readersdigest.co.nz/" target="blank">New Zealand Reader&#8217;s Digest</a>, the most trusted rugby union coaches in New Zealand&#8230;aren&#8217;t in New Zealand.</p>
<p>Although much is being made of the fact that new <a href="http://rugby.com.au" target="blank">Australia</a> coach <a href="http://rugby.com.au/qantas_wallabies/qantas_wallabies_profiles/www.rugby.com.au/qantas_wallabies/qantas_wallabies_profiles/robbie_deans_profile,88072.html" target="blank">Robbie Deans</a> (ranked 35th) is ranked above current <a href="http://www.allblacks.com/" target="blank">New Zealand</a> coach <a href="http://www.allblacks.com/index.cfm?layout=playerProfile&amp;playerID=1180" target="blank">Graham Henry</a> (ranked 46th), the most trusted coach on the list is <a href="http://www.rugbyjapan.com/" target="blank">Japan</a>&#8217;s <a href="http://stats.allblacks.com/Profile.asp?ABID=467" target="blank">John Kirwan</a> (ranked 6th-tie).</p>
<p>To be fair, the just-released poll was conducted in March, and Henry has picked up three consecutive test match wins since then. Obviously, though, New Zealanders appreciate Kirwan&#8217;s high-profile role in a <a href="http://www.nzherald.co.nz/category/story.cfm?c_id=204&amp;objectid=10453528" target="blank">television public service ad campaign dealing with depression</a>, as well as his famous New Zealand performances as a player.
